Does it remove the hair?
This product is not designed to remove hair, but it may be removed during the shedding season.

How much force should I use?
At first, use it as if you were scratching an itchy spot to see how your cat reacts. Try to use as much force as your cat is grooming.

Can I wash it with detergent?
It’s okay.

Is it safe to sterilize by boiling?
It cannot be sterilized by boiling because the heat resistant temperature is 80°C.
